Privacy Policy

The short version

Coach Card is a completely free app hosted by a little league coach. We never sell your data. We never share it with advertisers. We only use what we collect to make the app work for you and your team.

What we collect

• Account info — your name and email when you sign up.
• Team data — the team, players, positions, games, lineups, and scores you create.
• Basic usage analytics — anonymous page views via Google Analytics, used only to understand which features are working.

How we use it

• To run the service — store your roster, generate your lineups, save your games.
• To let your invited coaches see and edit your team.
• To send you essential account emails (sign-in confirmations, invites you accept).

We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. We do not use it for advertising. We do not share rosters between teams. We do not use children's information for any purpose other than displaying it to coaches on your team.

Where it lives

Your data is stored in a managed cloud database operated on behalf of Coach Card. Access is restricted to the coaches you invite to your team.

Cookies & analytics

We use Google Analytics to count anonymous page visits. No advertising cookies are used. Authentication cookies are required to keep you signed in.

Children's privacy

Coach Card accounts are for coaches (adults). Player names and jersey numbers entered by coaches are stored only to deliver the lineup feature. We do not knowingly collect any information directly from children.

Deleting your data

You're in control. Anyone can delete their data at any time, directly in the app. Players, games, teams, and your entire account can all be removed yourself — no email, no waiting, no support ticket. Sign in and head to your account settings to permanently delete your account and every team you own.

Coach Card is hosted by a volunteer little league coach and supported by Time Lapse Technologies. Privacy questions go to privacy@timelapsetech.com. Anything else, including feedback and bug reports, can be sent to info@timelapsetech.com.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be announced inside the app.
